The ideal candidate will have strong analytical aptitude in order to track the performance of marketing campaigns, a great work ethic, and an innate ability to understand and connect with data. Responsibilities include developing relevant and targeted feedback for our sales team, as well as forecasting/modeling the path that our website sources should take to achieve maximum success. A successful Sales Analyst is detailed oriented, focused and able to pinpoint information that can lead to increased revenue opportunities for our clients. Senior Content Writer & Strategist

All-Inbox, LLC is hiring a self-motivated and curiosity-driven Senior Content Writer and Strategist. The Senior Content Writer and Strategist is responsible for writing content and copy, as well as researching, developing, and executing on various content strategies in order to optimize the output of our email marketing, SMS, and autoresponder campaigns. This includes analyzing results and suggesting actions to improve our overall company performance. 

The ideal candidate will have a background in copywriting or content creation, with strong analytical interest in order to track the effectiveness of the ideas developed and implemented. Candidates should possess a great work ethic, the ability to think strategically, and overwhelming creativity. Other responsibilities include compiling and analyzing statistics and results, creating content compatible with multiple sending styles, developing original strategies and testing ideas, and coaching a small team. A successful Senior Content Writer and Strategist is detail-oriented and able to pinpoint information that can increase our collective understanding of content performance and improve user engagement. The ability to work independently without a ton of direction, while also functioning and contributing as part of a team, is essential to being successful in this role. This role is for you if you are someone who will constantly ask questions to understand the breadth and depth of our users and the platforms we support.

As a Senior Content Writer and Strategist at All-Inbox, responsibilities include:

  • Developing cutting-edge copy and content strategies
  • Owning the AIB style, quality, and tone in all work and curating a content bank that is workable across all channels
  • Gathering and analyzing KPIs and user insights to determine content effectiveness
  • Feeling comfortable designing, executing, and analyzing a test from start to finish (which includes examining tests for biases or other points of failure)
  • Leading and executing analytical projects of various sizes from start to finish (which includes doing hands-on project work)
  • Suggesting changes to operational processes to maintain strong performance and company health
  • Various organizational tasks to drive the department forward 

Required Skills:

  • At least 3-5 years experience as a content strategist, information architect, writer, or related position
  • Copywriting or strong writing, editing and proofreading skills
  • You have an understanding of user experience and content optimization principles across channels (web, email, and social media) and devices
  • You have strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities and a strong analytical aptitude
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets / Chartio or similar
  • Good eye for detail

The Role:

We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join the What If Media Group engineering team to help build our ETL systems. Today, this is done predominantly using Python and Apache Airflow on top of AWS infrastructure. There will be opportunities to work with technologies used by our various Engineering and Data Science teams including Java, Python, PHP, and Go. This position can be remote or on-site at our Fort Lee headquarters. Help us implement best practices not only on our Data Management Team but across the technical organization.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Work with our Software Engineering, DevOps, and Data Science teams to facilitate accurate and efficient data pipelines existing between the key component of our infrastructure
  • Create ETL processes that combine data from all of our marketing channels to produce a universal user profile that can be used to power cross-channel decision-making engines and models.
  • Work closely with Data Science in designing and building our Universal User Profiles that will power future models that drive decision across the company
  • Work with stakeholders including the Executive, Product, Development, and Data Science teams to assist with data-related technical issues and support their data infrastructure needs
  • Assist with optimization of data-driven processes focusing on both performance and cost
  • Secure our data assets as it relates to ETL and compliance protocols
  • Conduct code reviews of your peers’ work
  • Propose new additions to our Data Engineering and Data Science technology stacks
  • Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements including automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, and more

You Today:

Education & Experience

Software Development Engineer II, Full Stack

We are looking for a Software Engineer to join the All Inbox team (one of What If Media Group’s business units) to help build our direct marketing infrastructure. This piece of our platform is built Node.js and PHP 7 on top of AWS infrastructure. There will be opportunities to work with technologies used elsewhere in our ecosystem as well, including Java and React (our legacy systems are built using PHP 5, Vert.x, and Ruby). This position can be remote or on-site at our Fort Lee HQ. Help us build, test, and deploy the software system that powers tens of millions of messages per day driving hundreds of millions of dollars in annual revenue for us and our clients.

Your Responsibilities:

● Code in Node.js and PHP to evolve our direct marketing technology and infrastructure

● Update and optimize interactions between a variety of microservices and our databases (RDS and Snowflake)

● Design tests that ensure our applications are highly performant, scalable, and responsive
